GRANDPA BIRDS BIRTHDAY

We were able to enjoy a brief visit with Grandma and Grandpa Bird during the Easter weekend. It was also my dads birthday. We celebrated despite his request to ignore it.

Easter was really fun. Every year we attend the HUGE easter egg hunt at the High School, where they always get a ton of candy. We also go to our annual family easter egg hunt at Grandma and Grandpa Weights house. Each grandchild (10 of them) is assigned their own color of plastic egg to find. This year they each had 15 eggs to find filled with candy. Then they get a few little extra suprises from Grandma and pa. It is always tons of fun.

We went out on a fancy date one night. It was fun to get all dressed up.

Every year BJ has a security convetion in Las Vegas during April. We go down with our dear friends Cameron and Brooke. Cameron is BJ's business partner and so Brooke and I get to do some R and R while they are working. They don't usually work too hard however. We were able to go to a Beattles Love Cirque de Sole show. It was amazing.
